Vashti Aveirls
Senior Personal Injury Paralegal
Vashti has spent five years at Atlanta personal injury firms, most recently as a senior paralegal and team lead on trucking crashes and other serious injury cases. She works directly with Jonathan on every stage of a claim, from gathering medical records and bills to preparing demand packages and negotiating liens, and she is the firm’s point of contact for records and billing. Vashti holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from George Mason University and is a notary public.
Annie Romero
Case Coordinator
Annie brings more than five years of experience supporting U.S. plaintiff-side law firms, from client intake through case management. At Flack Injury Law she keeps cases organized and moving, coordinating records, deadlines, and client updates for Jonathan and Vashti. Annie is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ashley Hedges
Director of Marketing & Operations
Ashley leads marketing and operations at Flack Injury Law and makes sure every client’s experience meets the standard Jonathan sets. Before joining the firm, she held marketing and strategy leadership roles at American Express, where she was Vice President of Small Business Growth Marketing, and at Amazon, Kabbage, and The Home Depot. Ashley holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
