Who Is Jonathan Flack?
Jonathan Flack founded Flack Injury Law in Atlanta in January 2022. The firm handles injury claims from crashes involving moving vehicles: trucks and tractor-trailers, Uber and Lyft vehicles, medical transport vans, cars and motorcycles, and crashes in which a driver hits someone walking or riding a bike. It also handles wrongful death claims for families who lost someone in a crash.
He is the firm’s only attorney. He has been licensed in Georgia since 2016 and is admitted before the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals. He files suit and goes to court when a case needs it.
His career has three parts. He began at Atlanta Legal Aid Society. He then spent two and a half years on the insurance side of commercial truck, tractor-trailer and medical transport van cases, where he learned how insurers value claims. Today he represents injured people only.
In his words: “When you work with Flack Injury Law, your lawyer knows your case. I stay involved in every case, and every client has my direct line.”

Background and Education
Jonathan graduated from New York University School of Law. There, he served as Notes Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law.
He began his legal career at Atlanta Legal Aid Society. He was its primary Spanish-speaking attorney for South Fulton and Clayton County.
Next, he worked on the insurance side of commercial vehicle cases, described below. In January 2022, he founded Flack Injury Law to represent people hurt in crashes. He lives with his family in Atlanta.
- Licensed in Georgia: since 2016
- Court admissions: Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals
- Law school: New York University School of Law, Notes Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law

Why His Insurance-Side Experience Matters
For two and a half years, Jonathan worked on the insurance side of commercial truck, tractor-trailer and medical transport van cases. That work taught him how insurers value claims.
Today he uses that knowledge for injured people. When he builds a claim, he looks at it the way the insurer will. He asks what evidence it will want, which medical records it will question, and what coverage may apply.
That matters most in the cases he focuses on. Truck and medical transport van claims usually involve a commercial company and its insurer, not just one driver. Knowing how the other side evaluates those claims helps him prepare a demand, and a lawsuit when one is needed.
