Contacting us through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Until we have agreed in writing to represent you, what you send us is not protected by attorney-client privilege.

What We Collect
Contact forms collect your name, email, phone number, and whatever you describe about your situation. Your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed are also collected automatically when you visit our website.
How We Use It
To respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help, communicate with you by phone, text, or email, send updates you have asked for, operate and improve the site, measure our marketing, and meet legal and professional obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
