For Referring Attorneys: Georgia Motor Vehicle Injury Cases
If you are a lawyer in Georgia or another state, or you work on a lawyer’s staff, you can refer a personal injury case to Flack Injury Law with one call or text to (678) 653-0309. Your client hears from the firm the same day. Attorney Jonathan Flack leads every case, and you hear how it is going at the moments that matter. If a case is not a fit, we tell you and your client plainly.
Flack Injury Law represents injured people only, and we focus on motor vehicle crashes that someone else caused. Attorney Jonathan Flack keeps a limited caseload so he can work directly on every case from our Midtown Atlanta office.

Cases Jonathan Takes

Flack Injury Law handles motor vehicle injury cases across Georgia, and only those cases. That includes crashes involving trucks and tractor-trailers, cars, Uber and Lyft, delivery vehicles, medical transport vans, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians. It also includes wrongful death claims that come out of a crash. The firm represents injured people and their families only.
Before founding the firm, Jonathan spent two and a half years on the insurance side of commercial truck, tractor-trailer and medical transport van cases. He knows how insurers evaluate those claims. The firm’s published results include $650,000 for a client hurt in a head-on crash with a tractor-trailer in Peachtree City. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Cases the Firm Does Not Take
Jonathan does not handle slip and fall or other premises cases, workplace injury claims, or claims for property damage only. He does not defend people who are being sued.
If your client was hurt in an on-the-job crash that another driver caused, it is still worth a call. The workers’ comp claim stays with the comp lawyer. There may also be a separate claim against the at-fault driver, and Jonathan can look at whether it fits.
How a Referral Works

Call, Text or Use the Contact Form
Call or text (678) 653-0309, or use our contact form. Share your client’s name, the phone number where they are easiest to reach, their preferred language, the crash date and a sentence about what happened. You do not need to gather records first.
Your Client Hears From Us the Same Day
The firm contacts your client the same day you send the referral. If your client hires the firm, the claim is opened and letters of representation go out within one to two days of signing. Senior personal injury paralegal Vashti Aveirls handles day-to-day communication with your client, and Jonathan leads the legal work. Meetings happen by phone, by video or in person.
Updates at the Milestones
With your client’s permission, we let you know once we have spoken with them. After that, you hear from us when the client signs, when the demand goes to the insurer, when an offer comes in and when the case resolves.
Respect for Your Client Relationship
Your client came to us because they trust you, and we want to keep it that way. We handle the injury claim. The divorce, estate plan, criminal case, immigration matter or comp claim stays with you, and we send your client back to you for those questions.
The firm keeps its caseload small on purpose. That is what allows same-day contact, regular updates and Jonathan’s involvement in every file.
Hurt in a crash? Talk with Jonathan Flack.
Free consultation. No fee and no case costs unless we recover money for you.
Texts go straight to attorney Jonathan Flack and his paralegal, Vashti. Calls are answered 24/7.
Spanish-Speaking Clients

Jonathan speaks Spanish and works with Spanish-speaking clients directly, without an interpreter. A client who is nervous after a crash can talk through the claim with the lawyer handling it, in their own language.
Fees and Fee Sharing

The firm works on a contingency fee. Your client owes no fee and no case costs unless the firm recovers money.
Referral and co-counsel fees are handled in line with Georgia Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5(e). That rule allows lawyers in different firms to divide a fee only when three conditions are met. The division is in proportion to the work each lawyer does, or each lawyer assumes joint responsibility for the representation by written agreement with the client. The client is told each lawyer’s share and does not object to the participation of all the lawyers involved. The total fee is reasonable.
Any arrangement is put in writing with your client’s consent, and it never increases what your client pays. If you practice outside Georgia, your own state’s rules may also apply.
